Our Commitment to Quality, and You.
The Brighton Hot Dog Shoppes have a tradition
that dates back to 1959. We pride ourselves on the quality
products served in our operations. The wieners are restaurant
grade made in our own commissary. The French fries and home
fries are cut daily from fresh potatoes (Idaho Russet Burbanks when
in season). The hot dog sauce, eating chili, and soups are
made fresh daily. Hershey's syrup is used for our chocolate
milk shakes made to order using only real dairy products.
Our coffee is the finest grade available and is generally
used only by the finest white tablecloth restaurants.

| Our fresh products are cooked to order. As a result, your
selections may take a few extra moments to prepare. When you
order two hot dogs, the buns are taken from the steamer, and
two perfectly plump hot dogs are selected from the grill and
dressed with your favorite condiments.
